    Le Week-End

I won a soccer tournament this weekend, it was good. 3-0-1, we shouldn’t have even tied Moorhead. I do love soccer, I’ve been playing center mid recently at the request of the club trainer. It’s fun, I get the ball a lot more then I ever have on the outside, and I can play a full game easily. Running is too much at outside mid, center it’s nothing.

    More Soccer:

    • Friday Night we played Richfield, they were thugs, we won 2-1 and it was a good game.
    • Saturday we only had one game, Moorhead, we tied them 2-2, but they should have been clobbered.
    • Today we played twice, we beat Rochester 5-0 (I think, we stopped scoring in the first half…), I played center-back a lot, I think that Jer was just trying us out around the field.
    • The later game, against Brainerd, we won 2-0, winning nine points, and afterward we watched Moorhead tie Richfield 0-0.

So I haven’t even managed to read enough of my current book this week, soccer was too much. We have monday off and then three games. We probably have friday off too, but I hope we have a practice saturday. I like the practices.

So now, do I watch the France v. Greece match I downloaded? Euro 2004 baby!

Also, anyone know if Arrested Development is in it’s second season yet? I’ve missed that show, and am gonna have to check for it tonight. Watch it on fox this evening, it’s the fourth show in their prime time rotation, I think.

    1. Do you play soccer for a club team? Or do you play for a school?

I’m just wondering because I’m moving back to Minneapolis in the fall and I have no clue what the soccer scene is like there and I’ll feel really deprived if there’s nowhere for me to play.

      (yeesh this font is big)

    2. Didn’t notice the font issue, but I play both for my school and a club.

Right now I play for a club, but when I get around to going to school this fall I will play for the team. I can’t wait.

There is plenty of soccer around here though, dont worry!
